Terms & Conditions

Axen Rise LLC provides services across all 50 states within the United States.

Nationwide service is available through a combination of direct operations, logistics coordination, and partner carriers. Service availability may vary based on location, equipment, and scheduling requirements. Additional fees may apply for long-distance or out-of-region transport.  

Booking & Scheduling

• All service requests must be confirmed in writing (email, invoice, or contract).

• Same-day or urgent service requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery details.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Pricing is based on distance, load size, time requirements, and service type.

• Payment terms will be specified on invoices or contracts (e.g., Net 15, Net 30, or Due Upon Receipt).

• Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

• Axen Rise LLC reserves the right to require deposits for large or recurring jobs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Ensure all items are properly packaged and labeled

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information

• Disclose any hazardous or restricted materials

• Ensure safe and legal transport conditions

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in refusal of service.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Illegal goods

• Hazardous materials (unless pre-approved and compliant)

• Items requiring special licensing without prior agreement

8. Liability & Limitations

• Axen Rise LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.

• Liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value or as specified in a written agreement.

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper packaging by the customer.

9. Insurance

• Standard coverage may apply depending on the service.

• Additional insurance coverage must be requested and agreed upon in writing prior to service.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made prior to scheduled pickup time.

• Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

• Missed pickups due to customer unavailability may be subject to additional charges.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

Axen Rise LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Road closures or traffic incidents

• Mechanical breakdowns

• Government actions

12. Equipment & Capacity

• Service is subject to vehicle availability (cargo van, box truck, etc.).

• Weight and size limitations apply and must be disclosed prior to booking.

• Special equipment (lift gates, pallet jacks, etc.) must be requested in advance.

13. Independent Contractor Status

Axen Rise LLC operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee or agent of any client unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

15. Modifications

Axen Rise LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
