REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Axen Rise LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments for transportation and logistics services.

No Guaranteed Refunds After Service Completion

Due to the nature of logistics and transportation services:

  • All completed services are non-refundable

  • Once a delivery or transport service has been performed, payment is considered earned in full

Cancellations

Prior to Dispatch:

  • Cancellations made before dispatch or departure may be eligible for a full or partial refund

  • Administrative or scheduling fees may still apply

Same-Day or Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made within the same day of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee

  • Fees may be up to 50% of the quoted service cost, depending on preparation and scheduling

After Dispatch:

  • If a driver or vehicle has already been dispatched, the service may be considered in progress, and refunds may not be issued

Missed Pickups / Customer Unavailability

  • If the customer is not available at the scheduled pickup time, the job may be classified as a missed service

  • Additional fees may apply for rescheduling

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments caused by customer delay or absence

Service Issues & Claims

If there is an issue with your service:

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of service completion

  • We will review the situation and may offer:

    • Partial refund

    • Service credit

    • Re-delivery or corrective action (if applicable)

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Axen Rise LLC.

Delays

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for a refund

  • We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and complete service as soon as possible

Deposits

  • Deposits made for scheduled or contract services may be:

    • Non-refundable, or

    • Applied as a credit toward future services

Terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers agree to contact Axen Rise LLC directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension or legal action

Modifications

Axen Rise LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
